Return and Refunds policy

Katavi will refund or replace any defective or damaged goods within 7 days or receiving the goods.

The provision of goods and services by Katavi (Pty) Ltd is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Katavi (Pty) ltd will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 5% administration fee.
If appropriate – provide details of your policy regarding damaged goods including pictures.
